Race Development Program

Treadmark x Blueprint Athlete Development

WORLD CLASS RACE DEVELOPMENT

Two 12-week performance programs for riders who are ready to take the next step to race at elite levels in New Zealand and overseas.

Treadmark x Blueprint Athlete Development

The Opportunity

One clear performance pathway.

Treadmark and Blueprint Athlete Development are creating two focused programmes for Queenstown gravity athletes who want a proven, science based approach to their progression: a deliberate training path, close coaching and movement patterns that hold up under race pressure.

Each program is limited to five athletes. The smaller group creates room for individual observation, clear outcomes, and the consistency needed to build toward an elite race season.

Who is it for?

Riders ready to commit to their progression.

  1. Riders aged 14-17 who want to compete in New Zealand and overseas.
  2. Riders with some downhill or enduro race experience who already follow their own training in any shape or form.
  3. Riders who are comfortable on Grade 5 and 6 trails.
  4. Riders who are mentally prepared to show up, listen and work through the program to produce the best outcomes.

Athlete Referrals for Sponsorships

Potential backed by evidence.

Treadmark will be the first to see an athlete's potential matched with consistency. Where appropriate, referrals can be supported by coach observations, attendance and selected performance data.

This program can also be a gateway for sponsors to see real data and progress, helping athletes who may need eventual sponsorship receive credible endorsement based on demonstrated consistency and potential.
