Cardrona provides lift-access alpine terrain, longer descents, consistent grading and the repetition needed to make meaningful changes within a shorter coaching window.

What level of rider is Cardrona suitable for?

The bike park can support beginner through advanced riders. Strong beginners are progressed carefully with appropriate trail selection, while advanced riders can refine speed and technical execution.

Do I need my own bike and protection?

You may bring a suitable full-suspension bike or request rental support. Full-face helmets, knee pads and chest/back protection are essential for lift-access coaching.

What does a Cardrona coaching session include?

Sessions combine coaching tailored to your goals, lift-access support, video feedback where appropriate and practical tools for applying the skills at Cardrona and on your local trails.

When is the best time to book?

Cardrona mountain biking operates during the summer bike-park season. Weekdays are often best for quieter trails and focused coaching. Confirm current operating dates before booking.
