This program aims to certify riders—both kids and adults—in practical first aid skills and real-world emergency response scenarios tailored for mountain biking environments.
Participants will gain confidence in handling trail-side injuries, understanding emergency communication, and stabilizing riders until help arrives.Training sessions will include:
Hands-on first aid practice relevant to MTB-specific incidents.
Realistic scenario training based on local terrain and trail conditions.
Guidance from experienced first aid instructors and MTB professionals.

The fee only covers venue hire, administration, and organizational costs to ensure smooth operation and confirmed attendance.Minimal course fee (to secure your place).
